What this site collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the request form: your name, email address, optional organization, and your description of the problem. There is no advertising tracking and no third-party profiling on this site.
How it is used
Your request is stored privately and sent to 38thFloor Marketing so we can reply and set up a conversation. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the firm, and it is not added to a marketing list.
Confidentiality
What you tell us about your systems, vendors, or internal operations is treated as confidential from the first conversation onward, whether or not an engagement follows. We do not publish client names or identify clients in our own materials.
Ownership of work
Work delivered under an engagement belongs to the client: source code, repositories, accounts, and infrastructure. We do not retain proprietary components that would prevent another team from operating or continuing the work.
Removal
If you would like your request and contact details deleted from our records, email us and we will remove them.
